ADGRB3/BAI3-Expressing Cell Lines
ApplicationADGRB3/BAI3 expressing human brain tumor cell lines. Technical SummaryAdhesion G protein coupled receptor B3 (ADGRB3), also called Brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 3 (BAI3) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ADGRB3 gene. Emory University researcher Erwin Van Meir has developed medulloblastoma cell lines DAOY, UW288-1 and PFSK1, stably expressing BAI3 with pLenti-GIII-CMV lentiviral vector and selected with puromycin. BAI3 protein is being investigated in neuroscience, behavior, phagocytosis, myogenesis and cancer.
Developmental StageCell lines are developed and available for license.
