Application

PC and mobile applications designed for the creation and sharing of radiology case images for teaching and testing purposes.

Key Benefits
  • Allows for the creation of annotated medical image files for teaching.
  • Facilitates effortless sharing of medical images to handheld devices for mobile teaching and testing.
Market Summary

In an academic setting, radiologists often spend time educating students and medical staff using a collection of medical images. These images are often stored on hospital workstations, carried on USB thumb drives, or emailed to facilitate the sharing of interesting images for teaching and training purposes. A software suite that simplifies the generation and sharing of high quality annotated medical images has the potential to improve the teaching environment for the nearly 275,000 radiologists in the US and their students and medical residents.

Technical Summary

RADIANT is a software package designed to improve the creation, sharing, and viewing of medical images for teaching and testing. A standalone PC application has been designed for easy creation of educational content.
